Downtown client seeking a temp-to-perm Front Desk Receptionist with 1-3 yrs of experience.


  • Managing the reception area and switchboard
  • Greeting guests
  • Providing assistance with incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining conference room schedule
  • Providing administratice support as necessary to other departments as required
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
